Refund Policy
We want you to love your Madhurishti jewelry pieces. While we do not offer monetary refunds, we are happy to assist you with an exchange or store credit if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our guidelines below.
1. Eligibility Window for Exchanges
- Our exchange policy lasts for 7 days from the date you receive your package. If 7 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange or credit note.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your jewelry must be completely unworn, unused, unaltered, and in the exact condition that you received it. It must also be inside its original premium Madhurishti packaging.
2. Items Damaged in Transit
- We take extreme care in packing our premium, anti-tarnish items securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or broken during transit, please take an unboxing photograph or a short video of the package.
- Reach out to our customer support team via our Contact Us page within 48 hours of delivery with the attached media, and we will arrange a fresh replacement item to be shipped out to you immediately at no extra cost.
3. How the Exchange Process Works
- Step 1: To initiate an exchange, please send a request through our official website contact channel.
- Step 2: Once your exchange request is approved, we will share the return shipping instructions.
- Step 3: After we receive and inspect your returned jewelry item, we will issue a digital Store Credit Note for the exact value of your item, or dispatch your chosen replacement item.
- Please note: Direct monetary refunds back to bank accounts or credit cards are not provided.
4. Non-Exchangeable Items
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as customized/personalized jewelry or items purchased during clearance sales cannot be exchanged unless they arrive physically damaged.
