1. Processing and Dispatch Time

  • All orders are meticulously inspected, beautifully packaged, and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  • In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email or phone.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • We proudly offer reliable standard shipping across India.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping is completely FREE on all domestic orders above ₹499/-. For orders below ₹499/-, a flat shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, standard domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your geographic location.

3. International Shipping

  • Madhurishti is thrilled to offer global shipping so you can enjoy our premium collections worldwide!
  • International shipping rates, customs duties, and estimated delivery timelines vary by destination country and will be clearly calculated at checkout.
  • Please note that any custom duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • As soon as your package leaves our facility, a shipment confirmation email containing your unique Tracking ID will be sent to you.
  • You will be able to track your order’s journey in real-time through our courier partner’s tracking portal.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • We take utmost care in secure, tamper-proof packaging to ensure your products arrive in pristine condition.
  • If your package arrives physically damaged during transit, please take an unboxing photo or video and reach out to our customer support team within 48 hours through our Contact Us page so we can resolve it for you immediately.
