You can cancel your order directly from your My Account > Orders dashboard as long as the status is Processing (before dispatch). Once cancelled, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Orders are handcrafted and dispatched from Jaipur within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.
We take utmost care in packaging your jewelry securely. In the rare event of transit damage, please send us an unboxing photo or video via the contact form or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a fresh replacement at no extra charge.
